Tumbling from Ages 1 to 18

What is Tumbling?
Tumbling is also known as floor gymnastics. It is a form of gymnastics done without using any specialized equipment like bars, balance beam, or vault.

Our awesome Coaching staff emphasizes perfection before progression with positive feedback and enthusiasm which fosters self esteem while students reach their own personal tumbling goals.

OPEN PLAY (ages 1-5):
Come to the gym for some tumble fun with your child. Jump on the trampolines, climb obstacle courses, swing on the bar, walk on the balance beam, ride the cars, run, laugh and play together! Drop in on Friday, 10-12 for just $12/$8 for siblings. Secure your spot ahead of time here

PARENT & ME (ages under 3):
We start children learning tumbling at a young age. In this child-directed program parents are on the floor with your child and a coach. Music and movement exploration are part of the curriculum. Hand-eye coordination and ball-handling skills are developed along with small motor development. This is a class targets communication, motor skills & socialization. There are specific stations for children to rotate through along with sensory activities such as finding items in a rice bin and playing with the “squishy bags”.

TINY TUMBLE (ages 3-4):
This is the first tumbling class your child will do all on their own! They will be introduced to safe body positions, front & backwards rolls, handstands, bridges, cartwheels & round-offs. They will learn individual skills which fosters self-esteem. See schedule for days & times.
